DISCLAIMER & TERMS

1. Digital Penang reserved the sole right to approve or reject any proposal submitted. If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your submission, considered your proposal is rejected.
2. Digital Penang only sponsor technology related events or activities.
3. Max limit of sponsorship is RM1,000 unless it is special circumstances. Digital Penang reserves the right to determine the final sponsored amount.
4. For all sponsored events or activities, you will need to provide Digital Penang with simple report at the end of the event including photos, full list of registration and attendance information and activity feedback by participants within 5 days from the date of event completion.
5. For sponsored events and activities, Digital Penang does not provide any manpower to organise the space nor obligated to promote your event nor helping you with speakers and other engagements.
6. You will be fully responsible to ensure the safety of the participants, safe and proper use of venue and equipment provided and return of such assets properly including re-arranging back the tables and chairs (if held in Digital Penang’s premise).
7. Sponsored amount will only be credited to the organiser account upon fulfillment of the above terms and after the completion of the event or activities.
8.  Illegal activities contravenining the Law of Malaysia and smoking is strictly NOT permitted. For dining, please check with Digital Penang for the appropriate place.
9. Your event will be obligated to place Digital Penang’s logo on your promotional materials online or offline including #digitalpenang on any social media promotions. Kindly mention “Sponsored by [Digital Penang Logo]”
